The room itself was great-sized with three beds and a couch. the location of this hotel so close to three subways, Dongdaemun Design Plaza, and Seoul was fantastic. Furthermore, near Euljiro 4 Station.

The hotel was in a marvellous location near three subways and Dongdaemun Design Plaza. A cool bonus was nearby Twosome Place, that offered tea and coffee. The whole room was big sizewith three beds, a couch. Having a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet was a bonus.

The location couldn't be more good and incredible near Euljiro 4 Station. Jung-Gu district was worth visiting.

The central location is great, with easy access to public transportation, and the room had amenities like a safe, TV, and fridge.

The location of U5 is incredibly convenient, with easy access to Euljiro 4 Station and the Underpass. We found it comfortable to walk through the Underpass, and it made getting around the city a breeze. The hotel is also near popular attractions like the Dongdaemun History & Cultural Park, Myeongdong, Insadong, and Namdaemun Market. The staff at U5 were very friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited English proficiency among some staff members and less frequent housekeeping, these did not significantly affect our overall experience.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a much-needed good night's sleep. the kettle was new and clean, allowing us to easily make hot beverages whenever we wanted. the location of the hotel was perfect, being just steps away from a subway station, making it convenient for exploring the city. the heated seat in the bathroom was a delightful feature, adding to our overall comfort during our stay.

We had a negative experience during our new year at this hotel. the staff seemed unhelpful and dismissive when we encountered a serious issue, providing no consideration or assistance when we needed it the most.
